In the future, several years after the events in Alltinex 2nd, the government has taken heavy stance on the military. Many citizens actually oppose it but they did not dare to fight except for one group called "Valkyness". At first, their efforts are not successful, until a scientist named Dr. Denys find "Shield Shot System" (S.S.S). In this game players will control a fighter jet called "Phoenix" which armed with spread cannons and powerful shield that can reflect or absorb the bullets. No power ups in this game, but players will get extra credit for a new game. Reflex was released in Comiket 74, 2008.
